Certus enters new market with the acquisition of Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control of Chandler, Arizona.
Certus began its entrance into the Southwest US market with the acquisition of Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control of Chandler, Arizona. Purchased by Darin and David Huffaker in 2007, Responsible was founded in 1991 and serves the Phoenix and Tucson markets.
Darin and David Huffaker commented, “When we decided it was time to retire, we wanted to find a buyer for our company that would respect all of the hard work we had put into building our business—a buyer that would take good care of our employees by offering better benefits and new opportunities for career advancement.
